Journey Home Adoption Services, Inc. (SC) worked together with With Hope and Love Adoption Agency, Inc. (NJ) on the Kazakhstan adoption program. JHAS is no longer in operation. Much of the JHAS staff, philosophy and caring adoption support were transferred to WHAL. WHAL provides support and guidance through the documentation and preparation stages of international adoptions for families adopting in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With Hope and Love offers  great service that you have come to expect from us, but with more choices to suit your family's needs.
